Reservation and Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION POLICY: A deposit of two nights is required within 10 days of the booking to hold your reservation.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date to guarantee your accommodation.
Remaining balance for Christmas & New Year Bookings is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Changes made within 30 days of arrival will be assessed a $50 change fee.
For stays longer than 30 days please contact office for special payment arrangements. |

| CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation with 30 days of arrival - Lose one night prior to 30 days.
Reservations that are "No Show" and "No Cancel" the minimum nights is forfeited, including taxes. |

| MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights during Winter season
and 4 nights in all other seasons. |

All rates are subject to taxes and may change without notice (taxes at print 11.416%).
Rates are based on double occupancy and additional charges apply for more than 2 people.
Rates for 2 bedroom units are based on 4 people occupancy.
Extra Person Charges
$25.00 per night + tax for persons 18 years of age or above.
$15.00 per night + tax for persons between 5 and 17 years.
No charge for children up to 5 years of age.
